How long have you lived where you are now - South Florida and/or city in Florida.
I have lived in South Florida since 2000.
How long have you been in your current residence - which subdivision or building and why.
I am a resident of Wilton Manors and have lived there since 2004. I find Wilton Manors to be the Mayberry of Fort Lauderdale, while we are our own city; I’m 2 miles to the beach and 3 miles to downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Do you work your area and/or somewhere else.
While I live in Wilton Manors, my office is in Fort Lauderdale, but I tend to show properties throughout all of Broward County and some in Palm Beach County, especially in Boca Raton. I went to school in Boca and know the areas fairly well.
Where is your real estate business? - single family - condo - new - multifamily – commercial
I work in all areas of the real estate world; single family, multifamily, condos, & townhomes. I have some experience in commercial leasing.
How do you work with your customers?
I tend to work with my customers through all electronic means. I try to use all of the currently technologies out there to make a transaction more seamless & painless.
What did you do prior to this career?
I was a financial analyst for many years before I became a full time agent. I have bought & sold many homes. Since I was 16, I have had some type of interaction with real estate. I worked as a sales assistant for a real estate company when I was in High School. I worked for a law firm while I was in college handling real estate closings & title work.
Where have you lived previously?
I grew up in & lived most of my live in Arkansas.
I am part of the MLS committee for RAGFL.

Where do you market yourself? Publications, TV, YOUTube, Radio
I focus on marketing myself mainly online. I have advertised in a few print publications, but have found that online advertising has worked more effectively.
