I have been a happy resident of Fort Lauderdale for over 32 years. Every morning I am thankful for the sunshine, blue skies and beautiful trees and plants. This is mainly because I am originally from a small and friendly community in South Western Pennsylvania; Oakmont, just outside of Pittsburgh where the sun rarely shines. This is why I appreciate our weather here so much!
Along with my wonderful family, I enjoy our beautiful blue skies, fresh air, sandy beaches, exceptional weather, and friendly people from all corners of the globe. Lately we have enjoyed cheering for the 2006 and 2008 National Champions; University of Florida Gators Football and Basketball teams, where our daughter has just graduated from with honors.

Working with the "treat others as you would like to be treated" attitude, I constantly attempt to exceed my client's expectations. Attending showings, appraisals, inspections, all meetings, and all closings, I need to have my hands on the deal. I want to know what is going on each and every step of the way, and I like to keep my clients informed as well.
